We are all having to respond to the COVID-19 orders by the Governor; Sutton Insurance is fortunate to fall into the category of an essential business. We also want to do our part in practicing “social distancing” because the more we comply, the faster we’ll get through this. We are making adjustments to our office schedule until the Governor suspends the order.

As of Tuesday, March 24, 2020 our hours will be amended to:

Office: 8:30 to 3pm (until further notice)
Remote: 3pm to 5pm (until further notice) Voice Mails will be returned as quickly as possible.

Below are options to do business with us during this unprecendented time. We ask you comply with the Governor’s order and only visit the office if there is no other option.

PAYMENT options to consider:
      1) Call US or your insurance carrier direct to make a check, credit or debit payment over the phone.
      2) Make your payment online via carrier website
      3) Leave your payment in the black mailbox by our entry door DON’T LEAVE CASH
      4) Mail payment if time permits
SERVICING options to consider:
      1) Call us (normal office hours 8:30am – 5pm)
